Four Power of Confession

The traditional Tibetan practice of the “four powers of confession,” four methods for laying aside neurotic deeds are: (1) recognition of misdeeds with “positive sadness,” (2) reliance on basic wisdom, (3) remedial action, (4) the resolve to do our best to not keep making the same mistakes.
